Degrease & Chemical Cleaning

In a single volume BICS can perform degrease, mill scale removal, and passivation which saves time and reduces waste.

Hydro-lazing: High Pressure Water Jet Blasting

Using rotary fan technology with the ability to control and measure the travel and speed of the nozzle ensures cleaning of 100% of the surface area of all piping diameters.

Using, state of the art, reliable and well maintained equipment to clean at 20,000 psi, while capturing, filtering and reusing the hydro-lazing water, minimizes water usage and saves waste disposal expenses.

Hydrostatic Testing

Implementing temporary storage tanks that hold the largest single system volume of water allows circulating, chemical dosing and heating prior to filling the system. The hydro water can then be drained back to the storage tanks to be reused saving time, water and waste.

BICS uses high pressure/ high volume water jet pumps for pressurization of large systems while maintaining circulating and heating loops in the performance of hydro's in cold weather conditions.

Continuous and Pulse Steam Blows

Properly modeled and professionally engineered, stamped drawings ensure safe execution and eliminate unnecessary down time which is detrimental to the overall site schedule. Stress analysis provided by a state licensed PE ensure the overall safety of plant personnel and eliminate the potential damage to permanent equipment that could hamper the plants operation.

BICS temporary piping is fabricated to meet ASME B31.1 specifications and our full bore target inserters are designed to meet all OEM requirement. BICS utilizes rated gate valves in the temporary system instead of spectacle blinds which eliminates unnecessary down time and labor.
