In order to provide the best contract support services Bluewater Energy Solutions formed an alliance with Bull’s Eye Associates, Inc.: a firm specializing in industrial risk management, contract review, technical due diligence and design review, the drafting and negotiation of design/build contracts, construction sub-contracts, and engineered equipment purchase and sale agreements. Bull’s Eye Associates is also experienced in claims settlement, and dispute resolution. Bluewaters’ experience in this area combines with the technical and commercial expertise of Bull’s Eye Associates in providing our customers a comprehensive project support package wrapped under one organization.
